      Hi Mike,
Thanks for your question. I presume you are referring to the Church Room at the back of the church. Parts of the church were renovated during 2013. The church was closed for several months in 2013 before reopening in October/November of that year. The renovations included a new room built at the back of the church which is the Church Room. Internal renovations included a new kitchen, toilet, and some movement of pews. We are grateful to the bequeathal from two members of the parish which enabled the renovations to be completed.

With so many new hymn books out there, how do you choose the right one to suit the tradition of your church, savouring the best of the old and introducing inspiring new material? This evening will also make links with Sunday by Sunday and tackle issues such as changes of pitch, harmonies, words and many other challenges.

    Hello

I am working on my family history and wonder if your parish covers Parkside, Rushton? My grandfather married into a family called Roden and he and his wife had a little girl who sadly died aged just a few months. Unfortunately my grandfather died only a few weeks later. He was called Leonard Coles. I am trying to find where they are buried.

    Many thanks.

    Hello,
I was wondering if your church would be interested in a concert I am preparing called “Serenade to Music” for church funds or a charity. I am based in Southport and my accompanist is based in Chester.
You can hear me on my website below.
    With very best wishes, Valerie
